Wednesday, October 31, 2012
It has been a long time since i wrote on this blog the Summer went too fast i only put about 20,000 klms on the bike had numerous problems the last was a big one a new primary drive .thanks to the good friends at Barrie Harley they finally found the problem ..the compensator sprocket was so badly worn well before the warranty wore off but it was missed all this time ..the sprocket cost 120.00 but none in stock but they did have A screaming eagle kit which included the sprocket heavy duty springs and a few other parts .. needless to say the primary chain was also stretched beyond use and a new chain tensioner was also added all to the cost of about 850.00 ..but i must say the precious is running like new no noise at all .can hardly wait until next spring that ride will be a mega ride will keep you informed ...
